A foreign national who has been awarded permanent residence status and is therefore able to live permanently in Singapore is referred to as a PR. PR application takes around six months to get approved after all your documents are reviewed carefully.
Appeal is where you request them to recheck or approve your declined Citizenship application. The appeal must be submitted to the ICA that made the decision to deny the PR withing 90 days of receiving the notice of denial. The appeal must be an original with the appellant’s original signature.
